The neighbourhood
A quiet headland on the north coast.
Pointe aux Canonniers takes its name from the cannons once posted on this small headland. Today it is one of the island's most refined residential villages — a place of long walks along the lagoon, mornings at the local boulangerie, and dinners at the chef-owned restaurants of Grand Baie just up the road.
